These experiences shaped my design process and gave me the opportunity to work across different sectors, developing everything from casual basics to premium collections.

For the past several years, I’ve been working as a freelance senior product designer, collaborating with a variety of brands to help them create cohesive, innovative collections. Whether it’s designing men’s jersey, premium knitwear, or expanding into other product groups, I’m deeply focused on creating products that reflect a brand’s identity while meeting market trends and consumer needs.

With over 20 years of experience in apparel product design, Jim Kremers specializes in creating dynamic, commercially successful collections. Based in Rotterdam, Jim collaborates with brands to develop cohesive collections across all product groups, with a particular focus on men’s jersey and knitwear. From the initial concept to the finished product, he manages the entire design process, ensuring that each collection reflects the brand's identity while meeting market demands.

Jim takes a strategic, hands-on approach to design, incorporating detailed market research, creative seasonal storylines, and thorough technical specifications. He works closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that everything runs smoothly from start to finish.
